This page explains how users of VeriDash (developer: MIKSNT, INC) can request deletion of their account and associated data.
계정 삭제 요청 방법 / How to request deletion
- 앱 내에서: 설정 → 계정 → 계정 삭제 를 선택합니다.
In the app: Settings → Account → Delete account. - 또는 이메일로: info@miksnt.com 으로 가입에 사용한 이메일 주소와 함께 “계정 삭제 요청”을 보냅니다.
Or by email: send a request titled “Account deletion” to info@miksnt.com including the email address used to sign up. - 본인 확인 후 영업일 기준 7일 이내 처리하며, 완료 시 안내 메일을 보내드립니다.
After identity verification, your request is processed within 7 business days, and a confirmation email is sent upon completion.
계정을 유지한 채 데이터 삭제 / Deleting data without deleting your account
계정을 삭제하지 않고도 데이터의 일부를 직접 삭제할 수 있습니다. 앱 내에서 개별 녹화 영상과 공개로 올린 게시물을 언제든 삭제할 수 있으며, 공개 커뮤니티에 올린 영상은 게시 후 30일이 지나면 자동으로 삭제됩니다.
You can delete part of your data without deleting your account. In the app you can remove individual recorded videos and posts you shared publicly at any time, and videos posted to the public community are automatically deleted 30 days after posting.

결제·거래 기록은 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」 등 관련 법령에 따라 5년간 보관 후 안전하게 파기됩니다. 그 외 모든 개인 데이터는 요청 즉시 삭제됩니다.
Payment and transaction records are retained for 5 years as required by applicable laws (Korean e-commerce law) and then securely deleted. All other personal data is deleted immediately upon request.
