VeriDash Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy governs refunds and subscription cancellations for the VeriDash service operated by MIKS&T, INC (the "Company").
1. Free Trial
- A 7-day free trial is provided for the plan selected at sign-up.
- No charge is made during the trial period.
- Billing begins automatically when the trial ends. You may cancel any time before that, at no charge.
2. Subscription Cancellation
- Cancel anytime in one click via Dashboard → Subscription.
- Once canceled, no further charges are made starting from the next billing cycle.
- Service remains active through the paid period that has already been billed.
- You may re-subscribe at any time.
3. Refund Policy
- 7-day money-back guarantee: full refund within 7 days of payment if usage is minimal.
- After 7 days: prorated refund only if usage is ≤ 10% of allocated storage.
- Refunds are issued in the following cases:
- Service unavailability due to our fault, lasting more than 24 hours
- Billing errors (duplicate charge, incorrect amount)
- Clear non-use (zero clips uploaded for 7+ days after billing)
4. How to Request a Refund

- Processed within 3–5 business days.
- Credit card refunds are issued back to the original card.
- Outcome is notified by email.
5. Non-Refundable Cases
- Account suspension due to policy violation (see Terms of Service §6)
- Fraudulent use or multiple-account abuse
- Refund requests made more than 30 days after payment
- Refusal to remove uploads that violate the Terms
6. Account Deletion vs Subscription Cancellation
- Cancellation: stops billing only. Footage and metadata retained within the storage retention window.
- Account Deletion: all footage and metadata are permanently deleted; no refund applies.
